About Me
Hey there — I’m Tucker Findley, the owner and technician behind Findley Auto Works. I’ve been turning wrenches at a dealership for over 8 years. Now, I bring that same level of expertise directly to your driveway.
I started this business to give people in the Fredericksburg area an easier, more honest way to get their Toyota, Lexus, or Scion serviced — without the wait, upsells, or hassle of a traditional shop.
Findley Auto Works exists to serve our community with skill, integrity, and convenience. I treat every vehicle like it’s my own, and every customer like a neighbor — because that’s what you are.
Background and Services
I started my dealership venture in 2017 right here in Fredericksburg, I then worked at two other Toyota dealers in Boerne and Lubbock. During my time with Toyota, I obtained 12 ASE's, Master Diagnostic Technician, Supra certification, as well as many other skills. ASE's are the world standard for the automotive industry certifications. Including brakes, steering and suspension, advanced engine repair/ performance, automatic/manual transmission, HVAC, electrical, ADAS, Hybrid, and many others. Working for a dealership was enlightening, getting to see the shop and business aspect of it made me think, "Why couldn't I do this for myself?". So here we are. Although I'm new to the business ownership side, I'm no novice on how to service your vehicle. If you allow my company the opportunity to service your Toyota, we promise to exceed your expectations.

ADAS recalibrations
ADAS is the safety system your vehicle may have, including the precollision system, blind spot monitor system, parking sensors, and many other parts. These often loose calibration after windshield replacement, body work, car accidents, or any other reason.
Maintenance items
We perform jobs such as: Brakes, fluid replacements, filter replacements, spark plugs, and many other items.
Diagnositcs
Whether it be a pesky check engine light, dash light, scary noise, no start, or any other issue, we bring what it needs to repair your vehicle.
